GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility.

Payment:

To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. 100% full payment will be taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:
=============
You can cancel your booking up to 48hrs in advance of your tee time booking and receive 100% refund. To cancel your booking, please contact the club using our “Contact Us” web page.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking:
=====================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

 

Course Closed:
==========
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will be eligible for a refund or transfer of your tee time to an agreed future date. Please contact the club using our “Contact Us” web page should this situation arise.

Dress Code:
========
Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. 

Spikes:
=====
Metal Spikes are not permitted.
